This was our second stay at this great park. Keep in mind this is desert camping. No paved roads. no grass, etc. But nice wide inner roads and easy access for any big rig. We are in a 42 ft. and had no problems. They have pull thrus as well as deluxe super wide back ins. Our toad is parked beside the MH. Nice friendly staff. We would stay here again.

We had reservations for this park but ended up not staying. This is not an RV park but a rundown mobile home park. The so called drive through RV spaces are super tight. I doubt all our slides would go out. It is not big rig friendly. There is a curve at the end of the park that is super narrow. One of the residents has placed prefab sharp cement garden edging all along his site. If you try to turn at this curve your toad will hit the rocks. We would never stay at this type of park. I would advise anyone else to pass. We did not stay at this park.

Although this park is well landscaped with lots of amenities I gave it a 6 as the space they gave us is the worst in the park. We were camped along the front fence with lots of traffic noise. The WiFi only worked half the time and was super slow. Our space was more suited for a very small rig. The office keeps short hours and is closed on weekends.

We stayed here a few years ago and it was a nice park. But now the new owners have improved it even more. Yesterday and today electricians were installing new power poles and all the sites are now 50 amps. The staff are the friendliest I have ever encountered in an RV park. We are on the upper level and the water pressure is fine. Unfortunately the sites are a little tight. Not much room for any outdoor living. We would gladly return.

We have stayed here before and would return. The park is clean, sites are level, electricity, wifi and water pressure are all OK. The sewer connections are at the very rear of the site so 20 ft. or more of sewer hose would help. Staff is friendly and helpful. Another poster mentioned barking dogs. We have not seen or heard one dog. Maybe there were travellers here with dogs during his stay.

As others have stated this is a super CG. Paved interior roads, level sites, friendly staff. wide spaces, nicely landscaped, extra clean. The only fault I could find was that they have Nazi style rules. If you break the rules they charge you a fee on your CC which is kept on file. But these extreme rules do prevent problems. We would stay here again.

The Wi-Fi in this park is a joke. It does not work at any of the sites. You have to go to the laundry room and sit at one of 2 uncomfortable desks. There is construction equipment scattered around a few of the sites. Many of the sites slope so severely that you must use boards. 50 amps is $6 extra. All in all I would not stay ere again.

The comments by previous reviewers are quite accurate. This is a nice clean quiet family campground. I did not give them a better rating as there are electricity problems in the campground. The 50 amp sites seem to be OK. But the 30 amp sites have very low voltage. If it is hot and humid (this is Minnesota) you may not be able to run an AC. We were in a MH that has an energy management system and it shut off the power at when it hit below 96 volts. Without this type of protection we might have damaged our AC or the electronics in our unit.

We have been staying at this campground for more than 25 years. It used to be one of our favorites. As KOA's go it is OK but has gone downhill in the last few years. The sites need some maintenance. The grass is all weeds. Many of the sites are uneven. This is a shady CG and unless you have a tripod dish satellite reception is difficult. There is no cable. With a little attention to the facility this could easily be a 10.

The owner of this park is Fausta Garcia. He speaks excellent english and is a great source of information on Mexico. This is a great overnite stop when on your way south. Reasonably piced, fairly level and good wifi.

This park is conveniently located just off the 15 freeway to Mazatlan. The owners go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The spaces are a little tight and vehicles will have to be moved for you to get into a site. Big rigs can get in but it is not easy. They are in the process of adding more sights and 40 footers will have no trouble accessing these new spaces. The village has very limited shopping but 18 km. away the town of La Cruz has lots of grocery stores. One of the nicest parks in Mexico. Very popular in the winter season so reservations are recommended. The owner/manager speaks excellent English.

We just returned from a trip through the South. Pulling into this gem was thrill. Friendly staff, nice level sites, with shade. Free WIFI, easy access from the Interstate. This park is not for kids: no pool or playground. Tents are not allowed. There are no shower rooms. Nice clubhouse room.

One of the worst parks we have ever visited. Although the staff is friendly the park is tight, stinky and noisy. Sewer smell from a sewage plant, rail tracks go almost right into the park. Impossible to put out awnings and even slides are close to your neighbour. Skip this one.

We stayed here in July 2007. Have stayed here before. The owners do speak EXCELLENT english and are very friendly. The grounds are a little unkempt. Otherwise an OK park. Would stay here again.

Very nice park. Concrete pads for your unit at some sites. Lots of garbage cans. Park was exceptionally clean. Nice staff. I would have rated this park higher if they had free WIFI. It is $4.00 a night

I gave this park a 10 even though it is quite different from commercial RV parks. The owner is an RV'r and built this cute little park. It is right off a highway in a quiet area not far from Asheville. We used this park as a home base while we visited the area. All the sites are level and have full hookups with 50 amps. Very well designed with solar lights at each site. Nice landscaping and easy access for big rigs. You pay on the honor system. Just leave a cheque in the mailbox. Postage [paid envelopes are provided. Large commercial campgrounds could learn something by visiting this cute little spot. WE will be returning!

The management may have changed in this park but otherwise it is still the same. The manager left us waiting at the office door while she visited with the adjoining convenience store. She was a nasty piece of work. The site did have a concrete pad. The picnic tables are old, made of angle iron. Mine was broken and so rusty I would be scared to have children use this table. The bathrooms are never cleaned. They only have one male worker. He is supposed to do all the work. The office does not open until 10 in the a.m. There is no WIFI at the sites but you can use the wifi in the office. While I was in the office a camper called from her cell phone wanting a site. The young girl at the desk left the call to go to the answering machine while she flirted with the pizza delivery guy. I was there more than 30 minutes and she did not return the call. The CG is full of old deserted units and lots of boomers who live in old units. Very depressing. Last night the police attended to a fight between 2 girls who work at the CG convenience store. One left in an ambulance. Very trashy place. I would never stay here again!!!
